Why 90 days?
The importance of testing out the STUDiO for 90 days is to give yourself the time/patience to get used to working with a neutral spine and our regularly used “tuck” position. Most guests who are brand new to STUDiO barre take anywhere from 7-10 classes to really “get it” (and some even take longer – we all learn at our own pace and all have different body awareness so be patient with yourself if you find it takes longer, yet be open to learning this amazing new way of working out and challenging your body.) Once you start to master the “tuck” and the STUDiO barre technique, watch as you transform before your very own eyes; melting fat and trimming inches off your body.
For 90 days we recommend coming 3-4x a week to really maximize the New Client Special and see how your body responds. Remember we all have a past, different physiques and things we need to work on. Some it’s flexibility, others it’s strength, some it’s posture, others weight loss etc. Whatever your goal or reason for joining the STUDiO, be TRUE to yourself and focus on YOUR needs instead of anyone else’s. The hour you spend with us each day is for YOU. We are committed to transforming members from the iNSiDE Out one guest at a time.
To set yourself up for success at the STUDiO make sure you:
- get a key tag from the receptionist, so that you can sign in every time you attend a class
- talk to your instructor before class if you have any injuries, are pregnant, or any conditions we need to know about
- understand our cancellation policy (5 hours)
- pre book your classes for the month, #1 this will ensure your spot in class and #2 now you have a workout schedule in place to hold you accountable.
- wear clothes you’re comfortable sweating in
- bring a lock for your locker (there are no bags or cell phones etc in the STUDiO workout room at any time)
- bring sticky socks (your own or you can buy a pair at the STUDiO)
