Nicole’s interest in the human body’s optimal function and vitality led her to pursue a career in the Health and Fitness Industry. Her passion for educating people in healthy living combined with her background in designing posture correcting exercise programs, interval and weight training, and stretching exercises makes barre an excellent addition to her areas of expertise.
Nicole fell in love with the elements of barre training for its low injury risk, joint strength improvement, emphasis on strong core and back musculature leading to improve posture, all beneficial to maintaining a healthy body.
Nicole graduated in 2003 with a Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate and is Can-fit-pro certified.
Fun Fact: Nicole enjoys singing, painting and trying out new recipes.
