As a physiotherapist, I strongly believe that training with the iNSiDE Out STUDiO barre technique is beneficial. It provides a safe and effective way to cross-train and stay strong.
Low-impact exercises help strengthen weaker links while protecting joints through small isometric movements in a neutral spine position. This is the safest way to retrain core and pelvic floor muscles. Most classes focus on trunk, hip and knee stabilizers, and can therefore help prevent lower extremity injuries.
