Donna has always loved being physically active and feels it is important to live a healthy lifestyle. Over the past 6 years, she has been a part of an all women’s boot camp. She has fallen in love with the intensity of the workout, which keeps her motivated and pushing herself to become stronger. Another passion is running. Donna has completed half marathons, 18 and 16 and 5km races. Always searching for new challenges physically and mentally, she has now found this at iNSiDE Out STUDiO barre. This low impact workout has helped her improve endurance and strength in her other physical activities. Donna enjoys teaching studio barre and motivating others to become better versions of themselves.
Fun fact: Donna loves music (she thinks she is a rockstar) and cooking (which always requires wine).
