Ayla grew up dancing and bending, loving ballet, acro, modern and hip-hop. Always a group fitness lover, Ayla was addicted to barre at first shake.
Ayla completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher training in 2014 and has expanded her knowledge of anatomy through 100 hours of Yoga Tune Up training in self-massage for pain relief and muscle optimization. She teaches yoga and spinning at multiple studios across the city. She has made fitness her life and she loves to amalgamate that passion with her love for music and choreography at the barre.
Fun fact: Ayla loves to travel and snowboard in the mountains where she’s from, do hot yoga everyday and experiment with new healthy, “plant forward” recipes.
