Nadine you are a pleasure to have as an iNSiDE Out STUDiO barre guest. You always come in with a wonderful smile on your face and you work so hard in class. Your work ethic is so inspiring.
Read Nadine’s story:
“Some of the most engaging, likeable and enjoyable things about coming to the barre are Free.”
“It all starts with how Greg and Janine have set the customer service ‘Barre’ high with iNSiDE Out STUDiO barre.
It’s a whole experience. As it should be.
A great alternative to the typical fitness regime and club that I had grown tired of, it didn’t take me long to fall in love with the tuck, burn, shake (more like jack-hammering) and full body work-out that helped me become stronger, both physically and mentally. All at my own pace and with plenty of support. And the benefits have proven to be almost endless. And, did I mention FREE?
I first came to iNSiDE Out STUDiO barre a little over a year ago. As a partner in an award-winning marketing, branding and design agency, my days can be frantic, stressful and a tad sedentary. I was looking for an outlet where I could combat stress, be good to myself and simply get in better shape.
Genuine personal attention and sincere concern for my well-being and progress is only one of the many, many benefits I have come to appreciate. Add in a culture of warm positive attitudes, smiling faces and an encouraging spirit that permeates every visit and you’ll know why I so look forward to my trips to the studio. All that good stuff is truly infectious and motivating!
Instructors and staff are incredibly helpful, attentive to every detail and always go above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s individual needs.
With a focus on form, I continue to marvel at the effort that drives making sure that each work-out is developed and choreographed in such a way that we get the most of every movement. That’s what I’d call getting more bang for your Tuck!!!
People ask me all the time “what do you do to stay fit?” I tell them ”I tuck!” and that they should “Meet me at the Barre”!!
To all the iNSiDE Out STUDiO barre family; I applaud you.”
